Straits Parliament and Colonial Records Empty Straits Parliament and Colonial Records

Hey all, I recently discovered that our very own NUS Libraries contains records of the executive proceedings from the Straits Settlements colonial office dating all the way back to as early as 1838!

Especially useful for those who may do projects related to history of Singapore in future.

Thanks for that Peng! It is interesting to see the inner workings of the colonial government and to see the similarities that today's Singapore parliament has as well. Great find! Smile
